Documents Required for Indian Passport Renewal in Dubai

Completed Application Form
Completed Personal Particulars Form 
Six (6) clear photos (size 51 mm by 51 mm, with a white background and dark wear)
Current Passport with a clear photocopies of its first and last
Address pages, valid UAE visa page and any other endorsement pages
A photocopy of a photo ID card with expiration details (such as a Driver’s License, Emirates ID Card, Labor Card, or Health Card).
Original passport of the minor applicant
Need valid Emirates ID, Original passport of the minor applicant.
Both parents of minor applicant must have original passports and Emirates ID for verification.

For new employees

A valid original and photocopy Employment Paper Visa, a Photo Testified Letter from the company and a valid Trade license copy.

For passports that expired for more than 1 year

Prior approval a request letter that contains an explanation from the Consulate General of India and Instruction Note that provided by BLS International 

For expired passports of employees

A Sponsorship Photo Testified Letter from the company and a valid Trade License copy 

For expired pages of minors

A parent’s photo testified letter and passport copy with a valid UAE Visa Page 

For female applicants whose does not match the husband’s name on the passport

A NOC and Sponsor’s Passport copy.

Process to Renew Indian Passport in the Dubai at BLS Centers

Applicants must make an appointment via the official website of BLS Centers for Indian passport renewal. Bring your application and the required documents to the BLS Centre on that day. Submit all documents to the officer and pay the required fees for Indian passport renewal. Only cash payments are accepted. Applicants renewing their Indian passports will also have to sign the application form in the presence of the submission officer.
