Services available online:

Visit this website https://onlinemrp.dgip.gov.pk/ for online Pakistani passport renewal
Registration requires if you are using this online services and it is only for Pakistani passport renewal online option not for applying the new passport. If you using this online service then you also need a printer and scanner with you
Fees can pay by credit or debit card.
You can passport renew it online if your current Machine Readable Passport (MRP) is expiring within the next 12 months.
The online services are advantage for newly married female applicants required for partial modifications.

Services not available online:

Applicant must visit the nearest Pakistan Embassy/High Commission/Consulate General for your applying for a new passport.
For full significant modifications to your existing MRP, such as name or personal details, you’ll need to visit a Pakistani Consulate in Bur-Dubai Khaleed bin waleed road near Burjuman Shopping Mall or Pakistan Embassy. 

Validity of Passport before Renewal

You can renew the passport when the validity is 3 months or less. Some said it can be renew with 6 months validity as well. You need to contact the office for accurate information about this.

Pakistani Passport Renewal Procedure in Dubai

Eligibility 

Passport validity should be less than six months from the date of expiry. Will be possible renewal of your passport if any correction or change in name, spouse name endorsement or address change or any change in your front bio page.

Documents Required for Pakistani Passport Renewal in Dubai

Original Passport and Photocopies of applicant
Original valid NICOP/CNIC/Smart card and Photocopies
Application form filled it with Black pen
Emirates ID of the applicant
Color photographs with white background and size 45mm in height & 35mm wide
Scanned color copy of a valid visa.

For minor's Pakistani

The necessary paperwork for children (Pakistanis less than 18) includes:
Copies of the Family Registration Certificate or the electronic B-form will suffice in the absence of a Smart Card
CNIC copies of the parents (both sides)
If the parents are divorced, guardianship certificate are required
Few Evidence Form Copies can be downloaded 
A copy of one of your parent’s death certificates, if they are deceased

Create a passport renewal application
Start the passport renewal application on the official portal: https://onlinemrp.dgip.gov.pk.
If you are already registered in the Pak-identity system, log in with your registered “Username” and “Password.” Otherwise, create a new application.
Provide the postal address for your passport and Type in your permanent address as well as your current address accurately
Pay it for a new passport from Pakistan 
Enter the necessary personal information
Submit all paperwork which consists of supporting documents
